Kyle gave me a time he would be at my home. Was right on time. There was a problem with the water pipe that fed into my refrigerator. Pipe had to be replaced and shut off valve replaced. They did an amazing job and delivered exactly as promised. We need an old shower faucet replaced with a modern water regulator because the old faucet was stuck in the shower mode. Instead of having to rip out all the tiles, Gatti found a way to swap out the faucet. It looks great and helps the old tiled shower look more modern. So happy they were able to fix our problem.

Repair of a corroded shower faucet took a little longer than expected, mostly due to the age of the existing cartridge and the fact that it broke into several pieces upon removal. But, once the right cartridge was retrieved from the shop, the plumber did an excellent job installing, caulking, and finishing the replacement faucet!

Always seems the first person to respond from Home Advisor is fantastic and these people were FANTASTIC. I called about one toilet and I was so lucky to mention a problem with something else and I got three things fixed. The guy they sent, Michael, was GREAT and also knew what he was doing. He was great at fine tuning and explaining what he was doing if I wanted to know. Another service I had been using could not fix another toilet after two visits and Michael fixed it in a flash! Their truck is well stocked! Now, my powder room toilet works perfectly as well as what I originally called for! Thank you, Gatti Plumbing for being FIRST!!!
